Welcome to wonderwall.today. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases through it. By accessing wonderwall.today or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Shopify’s applicable policies. In the event of any conflict, these Terms prevail for matters related to your transactions with us.

1. About Wonderwall Gallery

Wonderwall Gallery operates wonderwall.today, an online store based in Hong Kong offering art prints, original works, framed pieces, and artist merchandise. All sales are processed through Shopify’s secure platform.

2. Orders and Payment

•  You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to place an order.

•  Prices are displayed in HKD or USD, inclusive of applicable taxes; shipping fees are added at checkout.

•  Payment is accepted via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer). Your order is confirmed upon successful payment.

•  We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if it involves suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or other valid reasons.

3. Shipping and Delivery

•  We ship globally using reputable carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within Hong Kong; 7–21 business days internationally.

•  It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or costs arising from incorrect addresses.

•  Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover to the carrier. Please inspect your package immediately and report any damage within 48 hours.

•  We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, or carrier disruptions.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, artist merchandise, and content on wonderwall.today remain the property of Wonderwall Gallery or our featured artists. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only—no reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation is permitted without our prior written consent.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy on wonderwall.today: 14-day return window, store credit for most returns, and full cash refunds only for defective items. Custom pieces, limited-edition or signed artist merchandise, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Liability

We provide our products and services “as is” and without warranties beyond what law requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss, or business interruption). Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid us.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience (e.g., name, address, email).
