Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work. 

Returns & Exchanges

  You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

  Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags/packaging intact.

  Art prints, originals, custom/framed pieces, and sale/final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

  Contact us at info@wonderwall.today or via WhatsApp at +852 4462 1195 (include your order number and photos) before shipping anything back.

Refund Options

  Defective or damaged items – If we confirm damage or defect upon arrival, you’ll get a full refund to original payment method (minus original shipping if applicable).

  All other approved returns (change of mind, wrong size/style, etc.) – Refunded as store credit only (no cash refund).

  Order cancellation – If you cancel before shipment, we may charge a 5% restocking fee; balance issued as store credit. Once shipped, no cancellations.

Process

1.  Reach out within 14 days.

2.  We’ll reply with approval and return instructions (prepaid label if eligible).

3.  Ship back within 7 days of approval.

4.  Refunds/credits processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Exceptions

  Oversized/heavy artwork – Return shipping at customer’s expense.

  International orders – Return shipping not covered; duties/taxes non-refundable.

  Final sale items – No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
